The discipleship model of CrossBridge is built upon the premise that people are best trained to personally handle God's Word when they hear it, discuss it, and dive into it. We've created the Discipleship Pyramid to illustrate how we help people grow spiritually.

The Discipleship Pyramid is composed of the following three teaching levels:

1. Weekend worship service: People hear the pastor teach from a passage of Scripture.

2. Life Groups: Adults pray and minister to each other and engage in group discussion and application on the same passage of Scripture used by the pastor.

3. Personal time with God: We want people to grow more intimate with Christ. Their personal time of worship and Bible reading is the most important facet of their spiritual growth. The Knowing Christ More weekly Bible study assists the individual in this.

CrossBridge's Weekly Bible Study: Knowing Christ More:

1. Knowing Christ More is a Bible study based upon the weekly sermon. It is comprised of two sections: A group Bible study for discussion in our Life Groups, and a five-day study for individual use.

2. Knowing Christ More helps us go deeper into God's Word together and individually. Based upon the weekly sermon, Knowing Christ More guides people into a more indepth and intimate study of God's Word.
